Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from within the app at any time. Downgrading to Free moves your data back to local-only storage on your device.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Business?
Free gives you the full planning experience with no time limit. Pro and Business plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment required.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed via Stripe (card) and RevenueCat (in-app purchase). Neither provider receives your travel data.
Where is my data hosted?
Pro and Business sync to Supabase in us-east. Free stores everything locally on your device. See the Trust and Security page for the full breakdown.
Does Business require a minimum seat count?
No minimum. You are billed per active seat per month. Contact admin@whizplan.com to set up your organisation.
When will Encrypted launch?
Encrypted is in active development. Join the waitlist at admin@whizplan.com with the subject line 'Encrypted Waitlist' and you will be notified first.
