Understanding Your Data
Trip Data
All your trip plans, itineraries, and notes are stored locally on your device. To delete this data, simply uninstall the App from your phone. We do not have access to it and cannot delete it for you.
Account Data
If you created a cloud account (to sync "Travel Credits"), we store your email address and credit balance in our secure database.
How to Delete Your Cloud Account
If you wish to delete your cloud account and remove your email from our system, please send a request to our support team.
Send an email to: admin@whizplan.com
Subject Line: "Delete My Account"
Please send the email from the same address you used to sign in to the App.
Example email:
To: admin@whizplan.com
Subject: Delete My Account
Hello, I would like to request the deletion of my WHIZPLAN account and all associated data.
What Happens Next?
We will verify your request.
We will permanently delete your User Profile and all associated data (including Travel Credits) from our servers within 30 days.
Warning
This action is irreversible. Any unused Travel Credits will be lost.
