What can the HR role actually see?

The HR or Manager role can view active trips of org members for duty-of-care coordination. They can see destinations, dates, and emergency contacts for trips that are currently active. They cannot see past trips that have ended, cannot edit any trip data, cannot export or share trip content, and cannot see anyone outside their organisation.

How is Business data stored?

Business data syncs through our Supabase backend in us-east, the same as Pro. No analytics SDKs, no third-party trackers, no ad networks. The only difference from Pro is that HR and Manager roles within your organisation can view (not edit) active trips of org members. Full details at our trust page.

How does pricing work for teams?

Business is $5.99/seat/month. Each person in your organisation who uses WHIZPLAN Business counts as one seat. Contact us at admin@whizplan.com for volume pricing for larger organisations.
